Ordering

Orders may be placed anytime by the internet or by phone Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday. Most orders submitted before 12 p.m. east coast time Monday through Friday are processed the same day and delivered to the shipper the next business day.

When placing an internet order please follow the checkout instructions. When placing an order by phone please have the item descriptions, numbers, prices, and your payment information ready. Phone orders are accepted during normal business hours. To protect your personal information you should never use a portable or cellular phone when placing an order.

Calls made after normal business hours will go to voice mail. Please leave a message with your name, the time you called, and a number where you can be reached. When we retrieve our messages we will return your call.

Shipping

Currently we only ship to the 50 United States. During check out please select a shipping method from the shipping menu. FedEx cannot deliver to USPS P.O. Boxes. Shipping rates are calculated using the shipping address provided during checkout, only one shipping address can be accepted per order.

Handling Charges

A Handling Charge of $2.00 will be added onto the total of your purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify the shipping information is accurate before you submit your order. If the address is incorrect and the package is return to us you will be charged a $10.00 address correction fee. This is the fee we are charged to correct the shipping information.

If we make an error we will reship the package plus credit your account for the original shipping amount.

Canceling an Order

If you decide to cancel an order call us immediately. If we have not processed your order there is no charge. Orders already processed and shipped are subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee in addition to the handling fee. These fees will be deducted from your refund after the undamaged shipment is returned to ThePurrZone. See the Return policy for information on how to return a package to ThePurrZone.

Special Orders

If you see an item offered by one of our product manufacturers that we don’t carry we would be happy to order that item for you when we place our next regular order. If you need an item quickly we can place the item for you; however, we must charge you the fee charge to us for not meeting a minimum order amount. This fee varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Out-of-stock Items

If an item is out-of-stock our system will not allow you to place the item in your shopping cart. Please contact us for information on when we expect to have the item in stock.

Taxes

Tax is charged on all Virginia orders. The new Virginia tax rate is 5% starting 1 September 2004.
