Return Policy
Due to sanitary reasons pet bedding, food bowls,
fountains, brushes, toys, cages/playpens, or any products
used to groom, feed, or entertain your pets cannot
be returned. We only sell new items.
To return an item you must call us within 30 days
from the date the order was delivered to obtain a
return authorization number (RAN.) The RAN must be
clearly printed on the outside of the return packaging.
Packages without a RAN clearly printed on the outside
of the package will be refused. All returned items
must be in new, unused condition, in the original
undamaged packaging, and with all the manufacturers’
instructions, notices, and documentation.
The customer is responsible for:
1. All shipping costs to return the items to ThePurrZone
2. Proper packaging to prevent damaged to the items
during shipping
3. A 10% restocking fee on the total of the returned
items
4. Shipping and handling costs for exchanged items
5. Including the original invoice with the return
